Returns & Exchanges
We strive to deliver pro shop quality items with a unique & fresh lifestyle approach. If you are not pleased with your purchase or if you would like to do an exchange, please follow the steps below. Please contact us through instagram (@golfaugusta) or via email (info@augustagolfcollective.com) to begin the return process.
Returns on full priced items: We are happy to refund your purchase within 15 days of delivery for the full amount if you are not pleased. Simply ship the item back to the return address on your package and we will process the refund upon receipt of the item.
Returns on SALE items: Unfortunately we are not able to refund purchases made on items from the SALE page. As a small business with quickly rotating inventory, these refunds and exchanges are something that we cannot honor at this time.
Exchanges: If you are not pleased with the fit or style of your purchase, we will gladly process an exchange for you up to 15 days after delivery. Simply ship the item back to the return address on your package and we will process the exchange upon receipt of the item.
Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged.
We are unable to provide return labels for returns & exchanges; however, we do not charge a handling/restocking fee and your refund will be processed in full.
