Collective Club

I'm glad that you're here! The Collective Club is a result of passion for the game and the desire to bring local golfers together. The goal for the Collective Club is to function as a "private club" membership without having a physical location. Ultimately, we strive to give members the opportunity to network with other like-minded folks through the one thing that brings us all together: golf.

What is Collective Club? Collective Club is a members only group presented by Augusta Golf Collective featuring great networking opportunities and casual-competitive league style golf. What does that entail? Essentially, we play a 20(ish) week long regular season that involves 8 league rounds that are played with 2-3 other members on any given day in a net stableford format. At the end of the regular season, the members in the top 64 of the point standings move on to a single elimination match play bracket to determine the overall champion. The season will run from early March to late September (tentatively).

What is net stableford? Stableford is a points based golf game awarding a certain amount of points for each score. For the Club rounds, a net triple is -1, net double is 0, net bogey is 1, net par is 2, net birdie is 4, net eagle is 6. Net means that anyone can be competitive in this league. Former college golfer playing as a scratch? Weekend warrior that lives around 90? No worries... your handicap will come into play. Our biggest area of focus is to ensure that everyone is on a level playing field; however, we will be quick to adjust handicaps if we feel that there is any amount of sandbagging going on. For 2024, it is preferred that you have an active GHIN handicap; however, accommodations can be made. 

By joining the Club, you will receive entry into the season-long league format that is tracked through an online scorekeeping software (members can access this). Members are also granted a code for 15% off the AGC online shop (good for any item, any time). Members will receive a Club branded bag tag and a Club branded Pukka hat. The leader in regular season points, the overall match play champion and the overall runner-up all will have dues covered for the following season should they choose to rejoin. Additionally, the overall champion will receive a custom 1/1 Sunday bag crafted by Tyler Golf Bags as well as his or her name on the Pine Tree Cup for the rest of time. Aside from that... you just might meet your next regular golf group!
